I received my item, why does it look different than the photo that was shown on your website?  Our product packaging does change from time to time, so what you receive & the packaging in the photo shown on our website may look different but it will the exact same item or SKU.

 

I was on the website one day and saw an item I wanted to purchase, and a few days later I came back & could not find the same item anywhere on your website?  Our inventory changes on a daily basis. Our inventory on each item shown on our website is all we have at this time. We never know when or even if we will be getting more inventory on our items.  You may see an item one day & if a purchase is made for the remaining inventory on that item, it will drop off the website.

 

My tracking says my package was delivered but I did not receive it will you resend it? We do not reship packages at our cost where the tracking shows they were delivered to the ship to address given on the order form. If you would like to pay extra for a signature confirmation to be added please contact us when you place your order and there will be an extra charge for that
